LFS REGIONAL DIRECTOR:

Provides leadership and oversight to multiple Circles within a designated geographic region.

Responsibilities

  • Support Circle leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Society policies.
  • Facilitate communication between National Leadership and Circles.
  • Monitor regional growth and engagement.
  • Assist with conflict resolution.

 


 

LFS Chief Sisterhood Officer:

Serves as the guardian of the Society's culture, member experience, fellowship, and sisterhood. This officer ensures that every member feels welcomed, connected, supported, valued, and engaged throughout her membership journey.

The Chief Sisterhood Officer champions the Society's pillars of Fellowship, Nurturing, and Sisterhood while leading initiatives that strengthen relationships, foster belonging, and reduce social isolation among members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee member engagement and retention strategies.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, kindness, and mutual respect.
  • Coordinate sisterhood-building activities, social events, and fellowship opportunities.
  • Promote meaningful member connections across Circles, Regions, and National programs.
  • Support new member integration and mentorship programs.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen member morale and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Circle leaders to address member concerns and promote positive member experiences.
  • Oversee member recognition and appreciation programs.
  • Assist in conflict prevention and promote healthy relationship-building among members.
  • Develop initiatives that address loneliness, isolation, and disconnectedness among women.
  • Promote wellness, encouragement, and emotional support opportunities for members.
  • Provide regular reports regarding member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

LFS CIRCLE PRESIDENT:

Serves as the chief leader of a local Circle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Circle operations and meetings.
  • Implement national and regional initiatives.
  • Support member engagement.
  • Coordinate local service activities.
  • Maintain compliance with Society policies.
